A system service is usually carried out when there are obvious errors within the system operation. Whether this needs programming changes, firmware upgrades or hardware changes, this would be covered within a service.

Annual Maintenance

Maintenance in our world is an annual visit to check-up and maintain your system in proper working order. This would generally be carried out when there are no obvious faults and you wish to make sure your system continues to perform.

Annual Maintenance starts at £499 + VAT
Overhaul & Upgrade

A system overhaul is used when a system is in a state of disrepair, often times with a sub-standard central control area, insufficient equipment or major faults existing in the system.

It’s very difficult to put specific figures around this service, but an overhaul/upgrade usually starts at £1500 + VAT

No we are not Control 4. We are one of their biggest supporters, having used their products for many years. If you are looking for a Control 4 expert to look after, improve or update your system, we should be at the top of your list.

Yes we do. All of our systems are warrantied in-line with the manufacturer. We also offer extended warranties with an annual service. Speak to one of us to find out which service best suits your situation.

Yes we are. In fact, we service and take-over more and more systems as each year passes. Often times this is down to improper installation processes being implemented, leaving end-users with a system that does not offer reliability.

Once we have completed the upfront work, be that a service, update or overhaul, yes we are able to offer remote support. We find that once a system is in full working order, remote support is extremely useful and removes the need for most additional visits. Note: with our gold or platinum service levels, remote support is included within your annual contract.
